Eyup! I've moved from Saltaire to Scarborough!
Back in West Yorkshire on occasion.
I continue to support the aims of Friends of Bradford's Becks (see 'em on Facebook) with what has become my signature tune.
Have appeared on BBC Look North, BBC Radio Leeds, Bradford Community Broadcasting. More recently on two of the three radio stations in Scarborough, on BBC Radio York and on Tempo FM from Wetherby
Have trodden the boards with Paper Zoo Theatre, and with Bradford's Shakespeare group ACT, for whom I've also written incidental music. Hope to see my musical works (Saltairy Tales, Bells) back in business some time, likewise plays about German author Wolfgang Borchert and Yorkshire "star" Blind Jack Metcalf.
See homepage for my work with Steve Bottoms.
Coming soon: new songs, varied in style and content, some inspired by my new location, I will put them on this site under Songs. And they're going up on my YouTube channel
Have lost count of the poems I've composed in recent years and am getting some of them organised into a coherent sequence.
And I still pop up at local folk-clubs, announced or unannounced. Hoping to be at Folk Around the Room (see FB) at the Rosette in Scarborough on Sunday 28 November 2021
